Lucky Strike

Official Rules

1.      General. By participating in the Vegas Baby Lucky Strike (“LS”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Vegas Baby Bowling (“VBB”), which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to LS. LS is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

2.      Eligibility. The LS is open to all league bowlers age eighteen (18) and older and subject to these Official Rules.

4.      Purchasing LS. Entree into LS is free to all league bowlers. Entrance into Lucky Strike during the sweeper/Las Vegas will be $1 per entrance. There is no limit to the number of opportunities that you may purchase prior to the sweeper.

5.      Prize. The prize for winning LS is determined by VBB to be distributed in Las Vegas. The prize during the sweeper in Las Vegas will be a minimum of $1/pin knocked down and a minimum of $25 for a strike.

6.      Determining a Winner. Throughout the bowling night a random bowler will be selected from our database of bowlers. On the bowlers next first ball, they will be allowed to choose between bowling a strike for a prize or a spare for a prize. If the bowler chooses to go for a spare and inadvertently bowls a strike, they will win the spare prize. The bowler’s name will be removed from the database of bowlers whether they successfully complete the task or not. This way it will be impossible for their name to be drawn again. 1 name per 20 bowlers will be drawn each week. Once the database of bowlers has been depleted the game will be concluded for the season.

7.      Prize Claim.  Upon successful completion of the rolled strike or spare VBB will issue the prize.

8.      Odds. The odds of winning the LS depend on the bowler’s ability to perform the task and the total number of bowlers in the database.

9.      Transfer of Prize. A winner may transfer their prize to a third party provided that the following conditions are met: (a) the transferee would have otherwise been eligible to enter LS (age twenty (20) or older); (b) the transferee shall be bound by all terms and conditions of these Official Rules that are applicable to the winner.

10.  Judges. The LS will be conducted and supervised by VBB, whose decisions are final. VBB reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time. VBB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the LS should unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the LS.

11.  Release of Liability. By entering into the LS, all entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) release VBB from any and all liability with respect to any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the LS, or from any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize.

12.  Publicity Release. Each winner, by accepting a prize, grants VBB and its designees and affiliates, including the bowling alley, full permission, except where legally prohibited, to use such winner’s name, address (city and state only), photograph, voice and/or other likeness, and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review or approval, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and in perpetuity. Each winner shall execute all documents that VBB may require to be signed in connection with this release. Should a winner elect to not have their picture taken or refuses for their likeness to be used in all media the winner shall forfeit the prize.

13.  Governing Law. The LS and these Official Rules shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that any provision of these Official Rules, or their application to a particular persons or circumstances, is invalid or unenforceable to any extent, then the remainder of these Official Rules shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The venue for any cause of action arising out of the LS or these Official Rules shall be located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
