Popcorn Frame

Official Rules

1.      General. By participating in the Vegas Baby Popcorn Frame (“PF”), entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Vegas Baby Bowling (“VBB”), which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to PF. PF is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

2.      Eligibility. The PF is open to all league bowlers age eighteen (18) and older and subject to these Official Rules. Eligible teams must be comprised of a minimum of two (2) members. Absent bowlers do not count against the team as long as 3 permanent members are present to bowl on a 4-person team. For teams having only 2 members or teams having 3 members and an absent bowler, special considerations will be made. To successfully accomplish the task the 2-person team must bowl strikes in 2 full consecutive frames to be awarded the prize. For a 3-person team with an absent bowler, the same consideration will be made. The 2 bowlers present must achieve strikes in 2 full consecutive frames. Substitute bowlers scores do not count towards winning the prize.

4.      Purchasing PF. Entree into PF is free to all league bowlers

5.      Prize. The prize for winning PF is a bag of popcorn from the snack bar to be shared by the team. A team may win the PF every week. A team may only win a PF once per night.

6.      Determining a Winner. Any team may win the PF if each permanent member rolls a strike in the same frame.

7.      Prize Claim.  When your team fulfills the requirements for the prize, bring it to the attention of the VBB staff for verification. Upon verification, the VBB staff will bring it to the attention of the attending manager for the night who will award said prize.

8.      Odds. The odds of winning the PF depend on the bowler’s ability to perform the task.

9.      Transfer of Prize. A winner may not transfer their prize to a third party.

10.  Judges. The PF will be conducted and supervised by VBB, whose decisions are final. VBB reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time. VBB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the PF should unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the PF.

11.  Release of Liability. By entering into the PF, all entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules; and (b) release VBB from any and all liability with respect to any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the PF, or from any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any prize.

12.  Publicity Release. Each winner, by accepting a prize, grants VBB and its designees and affiliates, including the bowling alley, full permission, except where legally prohibited, to use such winner’s name, address (city and state only), photograph, voice and/or other likeness, and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation and without notice, review or approval, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and in perpetuity. Each winner shall execute all documents that VBB may require to be signed in connection with this release.

13.  Governing Law. The PF and these Official Rules shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If a court of competent jurisdiction finds that any provision of these Official Rules, or their application to a particular persons or circumstances, is invalid or unenforceable to any extent, then the remainder of these Official Rules shall remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
